First Aid Refresher courses for 2012

Gauteng Guides Association has teamed up with Entrèe ( Emergency Training Consultants cc) and Trainer Kobus De Jonge (GP1410) to offer members of Gauteng Guides association First Aid Refresher courses. These courses are refresher courses and cannot be done for new guides registering but are there only for Tourist guides that are renewing their registration after the initial 2 year registration.
The following dates are published for 2012 so that members my plan and register in due course for these dates.

First Aid Refresher course

  • Cost: R350.
  • Valid : 2 years.
  • Duration: 3 hours.
  • Dates: As per schedule below.
  • Venue: As per schedule below.
  • Closing date for registration 7 days before course date.
  • A minimum of 10 attendees required to run course.
  • Venues can change due to number of attendees

Procedure for registration of one of the First Aid courses.

  1. Choose date to suite your touring schedule from list below.
  2. Do online registration. CLICK HERE
  3. Complete all fields and make sure spelling is correct as this is the detail been printed on the certificate.
  4. Pay course fees into Gauteng Guides Bank account and send proof of payment before cutoff date.

    Send payment confirmation to: Fax 086 541 8602 or Email gautengguides@gmail.com
    Reference: Your Surname and GP number.
  5. Confirmation of acceptance of payment will confirm your seat.

Update your info
To update your information please follow this steps
1.go to SEARCH (main Menu) click users and enter your GPno.
2.Click on your GPno link when it returns
3.You are now able to see your public information
4.Click Request new password (Below Login)
5.enter your GPno or email address
6.Computer will send new password link to your email address
7.Click on link in password email
8.you will now be logged on to your details
9.change your password and keep for future reference
10. Now update all your detail and your picture (max size 85x85pxl)
To check the email in the database
1.Click Guide Search on main menu
2.Tick email under Display options
3.Find your GPno and confirm the email address that the password has been sent to.
4.If you don’t have access to the email in database please send an email to gautengguides@gmail.com with your name and GPno and new email and it will be reset
